i am not in a good place lol. I constantly have the feeling I will to vomit at any second, I can’t stop crying, and if I’m anywhere but my room the smallest thing will make me lose my mind.

i couldnt even est dinner yesterday i sat down and i heard the chewing and inwas like i cant then i remembered i could hear my own chewing and i went to my room and i started crying it sounds stupid but ive been like this since hs i smoked shortly after showering and crying and then i was fine but i cant be high all day so at work im like ready for anything i cried in the middle of work for an hour and locked myself in the office i felt bad but oh well my manager was like its ok hun marc stfu
